Dr Mel McCree

I work at the intersection of outdoor learning, community engagement and eco-social justice: helping people, organisations and communities build deeper, more equitable relationships with land and nature.

With thirty years of experience across research, practice and public engagement, I am available for keynote speaking, podcasting and public engagement on outdoor learning, children’s rights to nature, EDI in the outdoors, climate futures and community resilience.

I am the Director of consultancy Free Range Creativity, and an Associate Professor of Environmental Education and Engagement at Bath Spa University.
